What Is Behavior Coaching?
Change is complex, effortful, and deeply personal
As a behavior technician in an inpatient substance abuse recovery center, a board certified behavior analyst in clinic and clients’ homes, or a friend in the gym with hobbyist weight lifters; I thrive in the role of ‘spotter’.
Spotters remain attentive, grounded, and ready to step in with just enough support to foster growth without taking over the lift. Whether I'm observing patterns in a therapy session, reinforcing small victories, or offering stability when clients feel unsteady. I don’t do the heavy lifting for my clients, but I can help create the conditions for them to push their limits safely, reclaim their strength, and build resilience rep by rep.
Whether you're seeking better habits, emotional clarity, or simply a healthier life, coaching is rooted in the belief that you are capable.
